InsertFrame 96

The InsertFrame 96 is a UV-resistant polypropylene tray designed to hold 96 inserts. This frame is adapted to fit AirCell65, SolidCell75, XL- cell 85. It measures 517×350×110 mm (bottom) and 496×331×110 mm (top), weighs 695g ±2%, and has 2.5mm wall thickness. Insert spacing is 40.9×40.9 mm for high precision in automated processes. Ventilation varies by insert type to enhance airflow and reduce fungal risk. Stacking height is 48mm.
