The InsertFrame 128 is a durable tray made of high-grade UV-resistant polypropylene, designed to hold 128 inserts. This frame is adapted to fit AirCell65, SolidCell75, XL- cell 85. It measures 676x350x108mm at the bottom and 659x330x108mm at the top, weighs about 760g, and has 2mm thick walls. It features precise insert spacing (41.1mm x 41mm) for automated production and includes ventilation areas that vary by insert type to improve airflow and reduce fungal risk.
