AFTER SALES SERVICE

We at BCC pride ourselves in the fact that the equipment we sell is designed and manufactured implementing top quality craftmanship to ensure optimum reliability. This is important for the customer using our equipment out in the furthest parts of the world, from the tropical jungles of South East Asia, the boreal forests of North East China to the lake districts of Canada. Equipment performance can not be jeopardised by breakdowns. We therefore have local agents in most of the countries we operate in, to ensure quick response to problems that may arise.

Spare part kits are available for our equipment, made up of parts which have been identified as most critical and fast moving items. Both large and small spare part kits are available. For more information please contact your local agent or your BCC Area Sales Manager (please refer to "Contact Us" for specifics).
